Ceiling had bare spots where the paint and texture had peeled off... Trim in the bathroom was repaired with a ton of silicone then painted from a animal..... The safety grab handle in the shower was loose and coming off....stains all in the carpet.... AC was leaking water under on the carpet.... But the bed was soft and pillows nice....

Elevator was broken. Requested first floor was not granted. (Handicapped). 1st room reeked of smoke. 2nd room had roaches. Cleaning people didn’t speak enough English to know we needed towels and coffee. Lighting was good in the parking lot, halls and stairwell.

Property is very aged. The whole building is kept very warm. My room A/C barely kept the room cool. Crickets everywhere in the building. Breakfast was really good. Probably won't stay there again.

The first room we were put in had a horrible heavy smoke smell. We went back down and was reassigned to another room. The smell was no better. The blanket on the bed had what looked like blood stained and a dead bug smashed on it. The couch was stained and nasty looking. Just felt very dirty all the way around.
