I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund based on the poor experience I encountered.
I booked the room expecting it to comfortably accommodate six people, but upon arrival, it was clear that the space was much smaller than advertised. In addition to the size issue, the condition of the room was unacceptable for the price I paid. The bathroom was in poor shape, and one of the couches was ripped and damaged, making the stay even more uncomfortable for my group.
This experience did not meet the expectations set by your listing or the rate I was charged. I had already spoken to the manager on-site, Michael, who advised me to reach out directly to you regarding this issue.
Given the condition of the accommodations and the misrepresentation of the space, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please let me know what additional information or documentation you may need from my end to process this request.
