We are travelling through Switzerland and had pre booked this hotel in advance. The property is well located for tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Above all else, as this is boutique style and the manager is so approachable and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

I'm not a fan of the "we'll e-mail you a code and you check in with that" kind of hotel, particularly when -- as in this case -- I didn't get the e-mail with the code. In fact, I didn't even know that there wouldn't be a staff person there when we checked in (they're only there 4 hours a day). So when we got there and the door was locked and no one was there, I was not amused. But I replied to an earlier e-mail and someone answered me with a call back and they got me the code. So once the problem presented itself, they were very helpful. Once inside, the room was nice and clean -- no complaints there.

We returned to Akomo after a stay the week before. It's very well located for train travelers and a direct and close walk to shops and restaurants and trams. We had left an item behind and it was waiting for us when we returned. The room is basic and it's self-entry but this is reflected in the reasonable price. Ask the owner for a Bern Welcome Card for free local transport. S/he was very responsive to all contacts.

Great room and location. Booked a double room and were upgraded to a triple room with separate living room and kitchen. Located right beside large Coop that has a good cafeteria on top floor for breakfast. Self check in worked well. Manager was on site much of day and provided us with iron and ironing board within a few minutes of messaging him through Expedia app. Parking garage located within 2 blocks as hotel has no parking.

El personal muy amable siempre, el lugar muy limpio y comodo, todo lo que necesario estaba en la habitacion, nevera,estuary, trastes, una prqueña cocina, closet, ganchos para colgar tu ropa, sillon, comedor, dos camas muy comodas, almonds igual, baño amplio y excelente, toallas limpias, aire acondicionado, tambien hay elevador , la ubicacion super genial!! Todo lo principal a pie. Encantada. Nada malo que decir. Muy recomendado, vale la pena y es buen precio en relacion con la calidad que ofrece.

엄청 깨끗하고 필요한 식기들은 대부분 있었어요. 캡슐커피와 티백들이 제공됐는데 캡슐커피가 좀 문제였어요. 커피 메이커 소음이 제법 컸는데 아니나 다를까 다른 방 메이커 소리가 제법 나더라고요. 커피 메이커가 나중에는 제대로 작동도 안되기도 했고요. 거의 유일한 아쉬움이었어요. 위치도 아주 훌륭하고 전반적으로는 아주 좋았어요!
