Great location, nice breakfast/coffee, clean rooms. Be aware that if you need an elevator, you do have to go up several stairs to get to it and a standard wheelchair was too wide for it. If you don't require a wc, I definitely recommend!

If nothing else available, good for location.
Very basic and crammed with minimal freshness to this property. Breakfast that we could only enjoy one day was good and fresh coffee was happily made. Otherwise we will pass next time.

2/10 Poor

If you are desperate.
I have seen 4 rooms in total. The single room was really small ( like a UK third bedroom) with a bathroom down the corridor. The wall paper was pealing off the wall, part of the coving was falling off. The TV screen was tinted orange. Next, I was showed 2 rooms one on the 6th floor. Small window, I don't think you could open it, the room smelt like you couldn't. Really dark even with the light switch on. The second room was on the second floor. I realised later that the toilet had a large crack. The bed cover was stained, dust under the bed, the window had half its locking system missing. The worst part is that it is single glazing and all night you can hear moped and cars from the nearby streets. It is honestly like sleeping next to a motorway. The noise is between 35 and 55 Decibels. Fine during the day really bad when you want to sleep even with ear plugs. The Last room I saw was on the 4th floor. (Morpheus room) Some pipes in the corner making noise but it was fine with ear plugs. The problem is people being noisy having sex. You can hear everything. I thought they were doing it right outside my door. But if you are into hearing people having sex or into people hearing you having sex, it should be fine.

Great Location,Interesting Building,NO FREE WIFI
Strange set up - hard to find. Lobby on second floor of vintage building, No name of hotel anywhere on exterior or interior of building. Beautiful old Hitchcock movie metal elevator! Can't beat location - extremely central and great shopping! No free Wifi.

Satisfactory hotel room in great location
The location is wonderful. Single beds seem to be common in Rome hotels, but I would prefer to have 2 larger beds than 4 single beds. It is a small basic room with a small bathroom. It was very clean though. My favorite thing about the hotel is the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

Great location, small room
Overall, great location and good sized room in a easy location to the train station and other attractions in Rome. The room was standard, smallish European room. It was enough for a full sized bed and your bags and not feel too cramped. The bathroom was overall ok sized - but the showers were TINY and had an enclosure (not a shower curtain) so it felt pretty claustrophobic and was difficult to do "normal" things like shave your legs. In fact, you could hardly move around to wash your hair! I am not a tall person and I had to turn off the water, open the doors, shave, and then turn back on the water when my head was back in the shower area. My husband had a harder time as he's over 6 feet tall. I was vacationing with my husband away from our kids and were looking forward to a ***ROMANTIC*** (if you get my drift) stay. Unfortunately, the beds are actually two twin beds (common in europe) and didn't stay together very well despite the bedding "holding" it together. Although for sleeping the beds were fine. Breakfast was normal/standard and check in was a little problemsome (my fault) but worked out ok with the help of the staff on duty.

Good location for families
The hotel was to a good standard, clean, good condition with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself was nothing extraordinary but everything worked and was in a fantastic location for all the major tourist spots, coliseum, trevi, pantheon no more than a 10 minute walk. The metro is also 5 minutes away to get to vatican in 5 stops in 10 minutes. There is a also a supermarket very close to get the basics and an excellent pizzaria on the side street next to the hotel. Having searched for a room for a family of 5 with 3 young children at a reasonable price this really did tick plenty of boxes and would recommend if you are looking for a weekend stay with a family of that size.

Mediocre
It was far from all the places you want to go to. Breakfast was good since it had a nice selection. Room was small and bathroom was very small. Reception is on the second floor so it es hard to find.

Great location for budget accommodation!
Great location, walkable to most landmarks within 15 minutes otherwise a metro station is 5 minutes away! The beds could definitely be more comfortable but the great staff, location and price made it a perfect fit for us! The breakfast was pastries, fruit, yogurt, toast etc and was all we needed to start the day!

4/10 Fair

We arrived to the hotel and the person provide us with the first room, which had 3 beds (we were just 2 of us). We drop the luggage and notice the the Wifi nor the A/C worked, I contact the person in charge and he said that I had to wait until tomorrow, in which I declined and he decided to move me to another room. It was a bit nicer, the air conditioner did turn on but did not change the temperature and the Wifi didn't work again (Expedia offered as Free-Wifi and Breakfast). Finally I talked again with the person again, and most of the words he said were in Italian and that he couldn't do anything about it until the next day. I decided to have a refund but he said that he could not provided until the next morning, so I decided to talk to the manager and he refused to call her because of the time (around 10pm), I keep pushing until he finally decided to change me the room again. This room was a red room with ugly walls and carpet. The internet was not working, you could get around 0.2 MBS of internet if you were lucky. Finally we decide to stay because of the trouble looking into another place since we did not have WiFi and we were tired. The only good to point out of this hotel was the breakfast and location, but the service and amenities were poor. I would not recommend it nor stay again.

Great location and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was also pretty good. Only issue was our bed wasn’t the most comfortable and to ventilate the room meant leaving the windows open and that left us open to street noise. Overall a good stay

Well located hotel in the heart of Rome
The hotel is well located, near both the train terminus and tourist sights. The premises is very clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is a buffet but more than adequate for one's needs. Our experience, myself and my son was most enjoyable and we would recommend the hotel to everyone for all the foregoing reasons.

Good location, unremarkable room and service.
Good location, staff friendly, but when we asked about the air conditioning in our room not working properly we were advised to open a window. This did partially solve the problem but wasn’t really the point.

Wouldn't return
We stayed here as the last stop of our month long trip around Europe and of all the places we visited id have to say this place was the worst. The front desk staff are ok but that is all there is going for this hotel. The bed is very uncomfortable and we had the worst sleeps here in rome, but the worst thing is the shower and it's actually a safety hazard and needs to be looked at by owners and fixed. The first night as soon as it turned it on it flew off the little holder and water went everywhere so I slipped over and screamed. They probably heard me as my room was right next to reception 121 I think, as we heard them every time they spoke to someone or when people walked down the corridors. Second day it fell off the handle during my shower and smacked my wrist which left a bruise as it's quite a heavy shower head when it comes flying off. My husband also slipped while in there as it's very slippery and the drain comes off with the slightest touch. The €5 euro breakfast each day is good if you just want a quick bite to eat and a nice freshly made cappuccino. Probably don't stay here if you can help it. I never whinge about these things and am not a posh person, stayed in a few 1 stars throughout my trip that were better than this place. Oh and the stairs to get up to the very old school elevator are a hassle if you have luggage.
