Everything was great but there was a confusion about free parking. The listing had a free parking but the staff wasn’t aware. Make sure to take a screenshot. We chose the place because of the parking but ended up living everything including the location.

The hotell was nice and clean but on the website and in folders, it Said that the hotell hade a restaurant where they served food. We asked cause pretty much every restaurant where booked, and the staff Said ”no not tonight because were only one staff”. Not a good thing to adverties when the cant handel it. Otherwise we are saticfied!

Close to downtown with friendly staff

The location is great for exploring the historical downtown of Lübeck. Our room was clean, but we had to walk through an internal hallway that reminded us of saunas. The bathroom needed more attention- toilet and mold around the fan. The supposedly available parking was a small area that cost an additional 16€/day, if you could find an open space. If you had to leave there was no guarantee that you would have a spot on your return. On a positive note, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Very clean and nice place to stay. I came with family and everyone was happy. The room was clean and equipped with tea/coffee making amenities. The breakfast was very good, with a wide offer. The breakfast area has also books and some entertaining for the kids. The only point that was less pleasant was the full hotel parking - we checked in in the evening. It was possible to find a place in the street that goes in front of the hotel, not too far from the hotel itself, but since it was raining, I would have preferred to park closer.

Meget få parkeringspladser, selv udenfor sæson kunne vi ikke få parkering. Måtte parkere på gaden, og adspurgt om skiltning kunne personale ikke hjælpe. På hotels.com står der, at der er restaurant, hvilket vi valgte efter, men det var der ikke, kun lidt café servering og den var lukket denne dag. Nogen skal få kigget på de angivne faciliteter. Selve hotellet er lækkert og ligger godt.
