We had a very good stay. The place was spacious, with a kitchen, living room, large bathroom, balcony, and jacuzzi in the bedroom. The swimming pool in the main building was warm, which my kids appreciated.

Our stay was great. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be booking again in the future and take full advantage of amenities. Front desk clerk Joe was engaging and great to talk to.

Check-in was smooth, the employee that assisted us was excellent (wish I could remember her name). Very Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet. We were just there for an overnight stay, and appreciated the suite we selected. It was a great value for the price. We fully expect to book there again for an extended stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was there. The photos do not do it justice. It is a large resort with lots to do. Beautiful location, our room was amazing. Just a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the area.

The online pre-registration made the check-in process very quick and easy. The condo was spacious and the amenities available in it were convenient, very nice for my quick stay, but also would be great for families staying for an extended period of time. The location is quiet, but close to things to do.

Bathroom was filthy- The listing was for 12 miles from thunder mountain bike park and it ended up being 36 miles and hour away! Expensive for one night

We go here every year, but this year it was the best. The room was great. Very little noise and great communication with check in staff. I highly recommend.

Very clean and need were comfy! Pillows could use an update but everything else was terrific. Pool was warm arms heated and got tub was so nice even in the rain! Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. We go there every year and never disappointed.

Great place to stay in the Berkshires in the summer! Best price in the area for a busy weekend at Tanglewood. All other options were ridiculously expensive, Resort had great amenities. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub where much appreciated after our trip out from the Boston area. Highly recommend this resort any time of year for ski season or summer/Fall sightseeing.

The day was nice. We didn’t have good weather the weekend I was there, so we weren’t able to tour the grounds as much as we would’ve liked to
