The staff were fantastic and knew english, except for the the bar staff as they did not understand english, however I managed to use Google translate. We stayed on the top floor. FLOOR 6 which is the supreme room and the room really needs the caulking along the bathroom walls to be redone. Its a modern room and the tv is not smart. It was a Grundig brand tv. They have a coffee machine D'or in the room. Bring some pods. We arrived on the weekend and I think they give day passes to locals to use their pools (?). There were so many people during the weekend that they all arrived with their own towels and chairs. After the weekend the clientele changed to mainly older adults. We wanted to use the local taxi service to get to a huge food store but this turned out to be a problem and ended up walking to and from this place (35 min walk each way) and had to walk back in +30C. Solution is to rent a car the next time we're visiting an area less frequented by tourists. The local restaurants are fantastic too! Our AC was excellent and kept our room temp at 22.5. There were mosquitos in our room but we managed to get rid of them. Mosquitos are just part of the area..so bring mosquito spray. We had to request that our top blankets be exchanged because they were filthy. Very crusty. The pool is not heated but the temp outside was fairly hot and this wasn't an issue with the current outside temperature.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Weder Sauberkeit, noch das Essen konnten uns überzeugen. Beides sicher nicht mit anderen 4 Sterne Hotels vergleichbar. Der Parkplatz ist viel zu teuer. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen!

En general el hotel es aceptable, el servicio de comedor, la calidad y variedad en la comida no ha sido muy buena, Además de que encontrar platos limpios era difícil en cualquier comida. Animación, hacen muchas cosas para los pekes, y tb hay para adultos, pero en otros hoteles que hemos estado hay mucha más animación con más juegos en la piscina, piscina que se queda pequeña....En la noche se echa en falta algo un poco más enfocado a los adultos, el jueves estuvo tocando un grupo y muy bien. Eso sí, hay muchísimos mosquitos en el hall.

Kompetent hotell nära charmig fiskeby

Stannade fyra nätter med halvpension. Hotellet har en egen, vacker liten strand, samt ett hyfsat poolområde med gott om barnpooler, samt en lekplats. Gott om solstolar. Bra underhållning dagtid, samt även ett trevligt förmiddagsmål (kunde vara grillmacka, blandade tropiska frukter, grillad småfisk, pina coladas). Övriga gäster nästan uteslutande spanjorer, vilket gav en mysig stämning. En, två kilometer därifrån ligger en mysig liten stad, med bra tapasrestauranger. Finns en spännande stig dit längs med havet. Ta rum med havsutsikt! Annars får ni sitta och kolla rakt in i ett annat hotell (under byggnation juli 2016). Rekommenderas!!

Fin de semana agradable pero mejorable

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas lo veo justo, le falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones. La playa, debe ser la zona, llena de algas y el spa justo si se llena el hotel. Lo mejor los monitores de animación, te hacen la estancia agradable y el trato del personal muy buena. En tema comida poca variedad pero bien.

La limpieza de la habitacion era escasa por no decir inexistente,las chicas de la recepcion muy secas y poco amables,coincidimos con una boda y a todo el mundo nos hecharon de la playa y de la piscina, que por cierto estaba muy sucia, y esta mal indicado para llegar al hotel. NO recomendable
