Hotel was spacious, clean and easily accessible to most tourist spots and transfer stations. Has good staff support with 24 hours reception. Osman in particular was very helpful and eager to assist every time we need clarification/advice. We had a morning flight and he also helped to reserve a private airport transfer with good prices and quality services enabling us to have a hassle free ride to the airport 4am in the morning. Thank you! Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was outstanding, with regular and well-organized room service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Honestly this is my 10th visit to this hotel, but this time it was v unpleasant. 1. Internet problems with wifi everyday 2. First room I checked in had a brown tap water and terrible smell. 3. Moved to second room where the shower sink was clogged and upon the first shower the whole bathroom was flooding with my clothes and personal belongings all ruined. Technician was called to fix it, they fixed it first time and did not work. Second shower had the bathroom flooding too. Until a technician came again and fixed again. 4. The door lock was not closing properly, I came back after a long day and found the door open, a technician fixed it. 5. There whatsapp numbers are non responsive if an emergency happens it takes long for any response to be gotten. 6. I informed reception I do not want housekeeping, yet the housekeeping team kept knocking on the door at 10 AM till I wokeup. 7. A reception guy was showing guests their room and entered by room by unlocking it by mistake and I was undressed. My time was wasted in ISTANBUL due to all these hotel issues. Very degraded service compared to one, two and three years ago.
