The apartment was awesome, very clean and in a safe area. The only issue is that there is no Reception, so Security will not allow you to enter if there is an external issue with your reservation, for example I had to wait 1hr outside because the license I sent was not clear enough for Charlie, which was really frustrating. Charlie support service is via whatsapp menus only in Portuguese, they should add English as a second option. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

Adoro ficar no Charlie Num Itaim. Sugiro apenas que a limpeza dos banheiros sejam feitas com cloro no box, pois sempre tem manchas de mofo. A ducha higiênica estava vazando e por isso estava fechada no registro. Coisas pequenas que não atrapalham minha estadia, mas podem melhorar com uma manutenção mais atenciosa.
