Disappointed
I would like to start by saying communication was very good here. When we emailed they would reply fairly quickly and we’re polite.
When we first arrived Netflix was signed in to someone else’s accounts and had been locked (in a different language). This wasnt a big deal but was kindly rectified super quickly with someone coming to the apartment and getting it sorted. It was really good.
However, we felt quite disappointed by the numerous things we had to then email about getting fixed. We had booked this apartment as it said there was a double bed and a pull out sofa bed (we have 2 young children so this would be for them). Once pulled out, there was a large rip on the side of the sofa bed, and the zip on the mattress was burst up an entire side. The duvet cover for the sofa bed also had a large rip in it too. The bathroom door handle was also broke which lead to my husband almost being locked inside. There were also a few smaller issues e.g the lights in the bedroom flickering quite a lot, and iron burns on the rug but these were small in comp to the other issues.
Once we had emailed about these we were told that we could have someone come the next day to fix them (we were staying for 2 nights) or we could wait until our stay was over for them to be fixed. we chose for them to be fixed the next day but it still left us with a sub par apartment for our first night after 6 hour drive.
We have been giving a part refund for these issues, but it did leave us disappointed
