Not easy to access. the guard has to open the gate and sometimes he was not there. The TV did not work, they give you the remote with the key and it is supposed to work. The one I got was not linked and I called, maintanced never showed up.

Our stay went great. The staff was super friendly. The room and the entire facility was very clean. The breakfast was scrumptious at the buffet breakfast inside the restaurant. Sergio our waiter was super attentive. We only had a small hiccup after checkin to the hotel with only hot water and no signal for the tv in our room. We were relocated to a new room that was bigger and the rest of our stay was just wonderful. The only downfall is that they have some construction going on in the parking lot. I found a couple of nails and turned them in to the front office. Otherwise, I totally recommend the hotel. Bed was so comfy!!
