Overall, the resort is just okay, but it didn’t quite meet our expectations. We were hoping for a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere from the staff, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case throughout most of our stay.
The customer service at the pool towel kiosk and the bar was particularly disappointing, staff appeared disinterested, unengaged, and in some cases, even asleep on the job. It felt like customer service was not a priority in those areas.
On a positive note, we want to recognise Naomi, Voli ans the reception staff for their exceptional service. They were professional, kind, and truly made a difference in our experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff generally seemed unmotivated and disengaged.
As for the dining experience, the menu lacked variety. The kids' menu, in particular, had very limited options, and breakfast was repetitive every day. Additionally, the staff in the morning was not attentive or helpful, they often ignored us and made us feel like an inconvenience.
In summary, while the resort has potential, it falls short due to poor customer service and a lack of variety in the food offerings. A stronger management presence and better staff training could significantly improve the overall guest experience.
