Okay Until it Wasn’t
Overall stay was subpar. There was a billing issue in which the Receptionist was very helpful in addressing.
However, one thing I found to be disappointing was the lack of cleanliness, mainly the bathroom. It literally looked like somebody forgot or totally avoided the bathroom but made up the bedding. It was disgusting to where I couldnt even use their shower, barely the sink.
On top of that, the incidental fee completely processed through my bank which was a definite error because I was supposed to be refunded the money (AND THE RECEPTIONIST CONFIRMED I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE REFUNDED).
I have contacted multiple numbers to reach the billing dept and even contacted the actual hotel. NOBODY picked up the phone at the hotel which is pathetic itself and nobody could assist in Customer Support. This has been one of the most ridiculous and pathetic visits I’ve ever experienced and I will never use them or recommend any guests to visit AT ALL.
Yall need to get it together.
