I had initially booked a room with no ac, when i realized this i messaged the property owners asking to change and they messaged back extremely quickly telling me the rooms with ac. That was great. A day before we get there i realized our plane got in at 10:30 and check was for 3 so I asked for an earlier check in, I got no reply. Whatever maybe they didn’t see it in time. After killing a few hours we go to check in. The room was small, I found a bug within the first few minutes, and the ac was broken. I messaged the owner again telling them that it wasn’t working, I get no reply. Throughout our stay I send a few more messages and they don’t reply to any of them. Finally , I message for a later checkout, which doesn’t get a reply lol, but we decided to see how long we could just hang out in the room for. At 10:12 someone knocks on the door and says “checkout time 10, get out. Honestly, the room would have been fine for the few nights we were staying there if everything was in working order, but the service and messaging were just horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this place in a million years. Don’t go here.
