Terrible experience
The bed sheets were dirty. There were hairs on them. It seemed they didn’t clean the room very well after the previous guests were there. I was changed to another room which was in better conditions. However, the shower wasn’t in good conditions and hot water was scarce. The second day of my stay, there wasn’t any water at all! I had to cancel my stay as water is one of the basic services a hotel should have. The hotel, in general, looks in bad conditions. Staff members are not very friendly. It seems the hotel has bad reputation as there were very few guests staying there. I wish I had known about how bad the hotel is before I made my booking!

We stayed at one of their suite on the rooftop. Great views of the Cathedral and The Buffa. Great location in Historical Downtown, walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Hotel was clean and charming. Breakfast was complimentary - service a bit slow but food was great

A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening.

Que cuiden más el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones , la regadera estaba safada, salia el chorro de agua com osi fuera llave de lavadero , encontre la cabeza de la regadela , por ahi tirada y la atornille, o se se als arregle y aasi ya me pude bañar mejor, otra situación es que el agua caliente al bañarte se tarda mucho en salir, sale muy fria y tien es que esperar como 5 minutos con echorro de agua para que salga caliente :/ , la primera vez me bañe con agua fria la segunda entendí que tenia que dejar un rato el chorro de agua, esto no es cómodo, y más ahi en Zacatecas hace bastante frio en esta epoca del año
