We stayed at a deluxe apartment and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is well designed and extremely comfortable. All planned to the very last detail. The location is perfect - close to the Opera and within walking distance of most attractions. There are lots of dining options nearby. It’s important to note that this is an apartment and not a hotel room; typical services like cleaning, exchanging towels etc. come at a surcharge, which is not ideal (but understandable). The lobby is basic and not at par with the quality of the room. Overall - a great stay and highly recommended

This neighborhood is unmatched in terms of safety, shopping, and proximity to many of Paris' attractions. We had a few hiccups at the start of our stay, but the staff was very friendly and supported us with fixing some of the issues we were having. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is so clean. Everything is Sonia the living quarters exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Do not hesitate booking this for you or your family. The metro is very close about 3 to 5 minute walking in multiple directions. Restaurants and bars up and down the street, Inge, convenient store stores and grocery stores. The perfect location for the perfect trip.

One of the best hotels to stay in Paris! Very close proximity from the Opera and walkable distance from almost all of Paris’ attractions. Room was extremely spacious and cleanliness was impecable. Room comes with a kitchen and utensils, giving you the option to cook if wanted. Air conditioning was also a plus in this property during the summer months. Laundry is also included and free of charge. Only one thing to take into account, parking is not included in the hotel. There is a parking lot across the hotel and for two nights, the price was around 100€. Otherwise, grear place!

Não havia ninguém na recepção e nenhum telefone de atendimento atendia… foi realmente um erro grave não terem nos informado sobre a senha e não terem nos dado nenhum suporte.

La habitación (mini apartamento) correcta y equipada, pero su aislamiento acústico pésimo ya que desde un tercero podía escuchar las conversaciones de la calle. No me han limpiado la habitación durante mi estancia de 3 días. No había ni una simple botella de agua de cortesía. Tiene que hacerse check in y check out online, incluso pago de depósito de garantía y petición de envío de facturas. No hay recepción, sólo un servicio de conserjería que te recuerda que hay que hacer todo online. El cuarto de almacenamiento de equipaje también es self-service y cada cliente que entre tiene acceso al equipaje de todos los demás sin ningún control de seguridad. MUY lejos del servicio que se espera de un 5* real.
