The checkin/out process was a little confusing but overall the accommodations were great and the apartment itself was well furnished. Great location to other amenities and would definitely stay here again !

Communication malfunction

The apparent is in the prime location but if you stay over the weekend it is poor communication with a actual person if you have trouble. Everything is Ai automated. We lost parking card and were not able to get it before we left. We stayed 3 nights. No communication with parking operators. So it was very inconvenient. If this was held differently. We would have enjoyed the stay.

This apartment was clean and comfortable. The management was very responsive and helpful. The furnishings were nice, and access to a kitchenette was a bonus. There's a grocery store across the street, if you're staying longer and want to save money by not dining out. The property is in a very walkable part of the city, which meant we didn't have to do much driving. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment options in the area, and it was surprisingly quiet inside the building. Our only complaint is that there weren't darker curtains to facilitate sleeping in.

Awesome location

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. The area around the building had tons of great restaurants and shops we could walk to. We were in town for a baseball game and loved that the stadium was an easy walk. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Westside Market were both easy to get to. Will stay again next time we're in Cleveland.

Nice stay in excellent location

A nice 3 night stay in a fantastic central location. Close to transport and easy walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Cleveland Guardians, Cavaliers and Browns Stadiums. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. The excellent Heinens Grocery Store is across the Street. There is no on site reception, but the check in instructions were clear and relatively easy to manage. You will need your phone though. The Apartment and bathroom were spacious and clean. There is a kitchenette with nearly everything you need including fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer with washer liquid - unfortunately there was no cutlery, so had to get some. Soap, conditioner etc are limited so you will need to bring some for longer than an overnight stay. Late checkout is available for a reasonable price, which was helpful. There is no room safe, but the building security is pretty good. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, but might be ok for others. Would stay again.

Property very starkly appointed, but this added to the feeling that it was very clean and well cared for. Construction scaffold in front made it hard to find. Check-in process was difficult to understand and execute, but would be easy enough a second time now that we know how.

I paid for a 700 square foot room also paid extra to go 2 hours early to be absolutely exhausted and find out i wasted my time and money being given a smaller room that was less expensive. Host was grateful i didn't fuss about it however i certainly was not offered back the difference or even anything for my loss of money or comfort. That being said the stay was what i needed. It is currently 3/31/2025 they are still under construction but should be done this year and from what i see should be a great place to rent as long as they have what you choose and pay for available.

Amazing apartment

Place was amazing! Will definitely be staying there again. Things I loved: just enough for the weekend, fully stocked kitchen, enough towels, secure. Things that need another thought: blanket for the pull out couch, pillows for the pull out couch. Thanks so much for having us.

Great apartment & staff

I've stayed here a number of times as I travel often for work. The units are all great - comfortable and fully furnished. Really great value. Tremendous location downtown, includes parking, and the property management company communicates well and is responsive. As an FYI - the mattress is on the firm side. The bedside white noise machine is a nice touch!

For the money it was okay

Location was great and the apartment was clean. Check-in process was a pain and we had issues with the lock box and had to contact the company. There was also an extremely strong cologne smell in our room the entire stay that gave us headaches. Some things didn’t work like the lamp by the bed. Bed was comfortable but the sheets and blankets were not comfortable at all. I wish they had also given us more blankets because it got cold and we only had one thin blanket. For the money, overall it was okay.

I was not able to get into the property upon first arrival and the person who I was speaking to was not able to really help me. They ended up switching me to a different apartment but the time it took from getting to the property to finally getting into my room took around 45 minutes. I was given a late check out and on my last day cleaning staff walked in with no knock or announcement 20 minutes before I even needed to check out. The property is currently under construction so if you’re looking for the restaurants or cafes that are on the website for the actual building they are not open. The room itself is was nice and the access to the parking garage was a plus but overall was not necessarily worth the all of the other bumps that came with the stay. I contact the property manager and she wasn’t able to really rectify the situation besides a $25 refund. Overall I enjoyed the room and the closeness to downtown and the parking but the customer service was poor.
