The apartment was nice and in a good location outside of Ortigia island. The check-in and check-out processes were too complicated (asking to share my phone number so they can text me using WhatsApp, & pre-signing and online contract...etc) which wouldn't be required if booked through another platform. Also, we had to pre-arrange the exact arrival and departure time so that an agent meet us at the property to give us keys...etc, who by the way didn't show up for check-out as agreed. Communication with the property manager was horrible. If you want to check-in after 8pm you may incurr a penalty. Giving four starts ONLY because the property was nice.
