Saknade en liten vÀlkomstgÄva pÄ rummet och hade önskat att kaffe fanns att tillgÄ (avgiftsfritt). Frukosten var enastÄende och höjde helhetsintrycket. Brett utbud av hemlagat och stor variation pÄ lÀckerheter. PÄ det stora hela nöjd och skulle rekommendera vistelsen.

GörvĂ€ln levererar pĂ„ miljön. Omgivningarna Ă€r fina... rummen med de nĂ€rmast mytiska sĂ€ngarna Ă€r alltid bra. Bemötandet i receptionen Ă€r glatt och trevligt. DessvĂ€rre mĂ„ste det sĂ€gas (igen): Restaurangens middagsservering hĂ„ller inte vad svansföring online och prissĂ€ttning lovar. SjĂ€lva maten Ă€r ojĂ€mn. Personalen var – Ätminstone den kvinnliga servitrisen – trevlig. T o m sprudlande trevlig. Men presentationer existerade inte. Allt levereras mekaniskt (vi Ă„t den 'fasta' menyn). Vinkunskapen var inte mĂ€rkbar. En inlagd gurka (tror jag) mördade torsken, som saknade spĂ€nst. Det Ă€r inte dyrt att fĂ„ en fyrarĂ€tters för 825:- Men det Ă€r ett högt pris för vad Galleriet pĂ„ GörvĂ€ln levererar. Restaurangen har varit stĂ€llets akilleshĂ€l i Ă„ratal och jag hade verkligen gillat att bli överraskad. Damen som serverade ingav hopp (hon var fenomenalt glad). Men... eftersom nĂ„gra alternativ inte existerar pĂ„ GörvĂ€ln sĂ„ MÅSTE middagen vara bĂ€ttre. Frukosten var bra. OrdinĂ€r. KĂ€ndes nĂ„got snĂ„l jĂ€mfört med tidigare besök, men dĂ€r och dĂ„ lĂ€mnade man matsalen som en nöjd gĂ€st. Middagen Ă€r alltjĂ€mt det omrĂ„de dĂ€r GörvĂ€ln har förbĂ€ttringspotential. Please, do better. Det skulle göra skillnad.
