The Rock Guest House is a beautiful, well maintained facility. They served a wonderful continental breakfast and since we had to check out early, they provided us with a breakfast to go! Getting to the port was easy - just walk down the road. Going back was good exercise if you enjoy a gentle climb. We highly recommend it.

I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.

This was a great little guesthouse. Very clean and within walking distance if you enjoy walking. The road was not a busy road so easy to drive on and easy to find the location. Instructions were fantastic at getting us into the property. Would definitely rent here again

Room was very clean, in a safe location and mostly quiet. There’s a nearby school that plays loud music for 2 hours in the evening. Breakfast timings 8:30 to 10:30 are a little inconvenient if you plan to leave early for a tour but they are very willing to make you a generous breakfast box the previous day. Staff Debora very helpful. We also booked taxis to airport using WhatsApp hotel contact, all went very well. Would absolutely recommend hotel.

Check in was easy with details sent in advance by WhatsApp. The property location isn't immediately obvious but I only missed it by few meters when using the sat nav. My room was outside behind the kitchen and very spacious. Breakfast was fine although choice was a little limited. I had no issues parking outside the property but that might not always possible as there is room for just 3 or 4 vehicles. However there are alternatives further along the street within walking distance.

Von hier aus hatten wir einen guten Urlaubsstart auf den Azoren. Mit dem Mietwagen war es leicht erreichbar. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt sind es 8 Zimmer. Unseres- Zimmer 1 -w ar im EG zur Straßenseite. Alle haben Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind für Personen, die gern hart schlafen ideal. Frühstück ist für ein Continentales gut und ab 8:30 Uhr verfügbar. Empfehlenswer ist es ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu nehmen.
