The spa is great for the amenities and also having a restaurant and Bar. Customer service is very nice and polite at the front desk. Also the waiters in the restaurant, especially Eric he took great care of us.!

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever seen! Very clean, great staff, very good spa area and hot tub. The restaurant was delicious! Beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever been in.

I 100% recommend Le Suisse Spa. The facilities are first-class, the room was super clean, and the service was excellent. The staff made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Pros: staff was very nice and accommodating It is a little far out from town so I would only spend time here if you didn’t want to go back and forth to town. It has a nice restaurant with a great view and reasonable prices. We can got a spa treatment and they were nice and the full length we paid for but the rooms were cold. Cons: the rooms we had were on the roadside, and the traffic noise and honking was insane. Also there was a lot of construction on the property so it was loud. I’m sure it will look wonderful when done! Our bathroom had mold on ceiling, there was an up charge to use any of the “spa facilities,” so that could add up quickly. The spa itself was small but did have several pools, a steam room, and a salt room. Checking out was a process as they have to send someone up to your room to verify if you had used any of the mini bar items - for us it was 15 + min. We didn’t calculate that and our taxi was waiting. The walk to the check in lobby is up many flights of stairs - so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage it’s difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Suisse Spa in Guatemala! While there were limited English-speaking staff members, everything else about the experience was exceptional. I came here for complete relaxation, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge. I absolutely loved this place and would happily come back for a second visit. I highly recommend Le Suisse Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Temperatures of pools and spa was wonderful! Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The tortilla soup was especially delicious. Also had a Michelada that was one of the best I’ve ever had!

The steam room stopped working. The sink didn’t work and leaked everywhere. It took forever to fill up the hot tub. Pad lighting as it was one window in a big room that got very little light and not close to town so you couldn’t walk there you had to take a vehicle.

The hotel is ok. I would have preferred to be in town. There is a nice view. The people are nice. Just not quite the quality I was expecting. The food is not good. Had a really terrible dinner. There are also stairs everywhere which make lugging suitcases around a pain. There really were no closets or space to unpack. There was a fireplace in the room which we asked to have lit for us one night and it filled our room with smoke. I would not come back here.

Terrible - noise pollution. Absolutely No Peace.

TERRIBLE! Noisy noisy noisy. You will NOT get a moment of peace at this hotel. Whether its the noise in the hall ways by staff and guests, or the motorcade of loud vehicles outside your window as early as 7AM, or construction noises that sound like bombs going off. I had to sleep with earpods in playing white noise to drown out the noise pollution. Never stayed at a noiser hotel in my life, and I have been to some places. Do not recommend,

Pésimo lugar, cuartos sin ventilación, comida muy mala y sin sabor, muy pocas sillas en el área de piscina. 🚨Cuidar muy bien sus pertenencias, los encargados de la piscina nos ofrecieron cuidar las batas de baño junto a mi salida de baño, camisa y reloj; devolvieron la bata y la camisa, pero el reloj y las pulseras no apareció y dijeron que no hacen responsables por objetos perdidos. Personal nos informó que hace un par de semanas se había extraviado un celular también. Además del poco interés del personal por resolver.

Hoy tuve la oportunidad de visitar Le Suisse Spa con mi prometida, y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el inicio, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y disfrutamos de una estadía realmente cómoda. Cenamos en el restaurante Mil Luces y quedamos encantados. Las pastas son una delicia, en especial una que probamos con un queso increíblemente sabroso, totalmente recomendada. Además, pedimos la oferta de botella de vino con tabla de quesos como entrada, y todo estaba espectacular. Después, visitamos el circuito termal y decidimos consentirnos un poco más con unos masajes relajantes que valieron completamente la pena. Nos dejaron como nuevos y, sin duda, los recomiendo. Es un hotel muy completo, con un servicio de primera. Desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, todo el personal fue amable y atento. La suite en la que nos hospedamos era acogedora y estaba impecable. Disfruté de mis desayunos en la habitación, aprovechando la terraza privada con vistas hermosas. Definitivamente espero volver pronto para conocer otras suites y seguir disfrutando de todo lo que este lugar tiene para ofrecer.
