Dorothy at the front desk was great both checking in and out. She also went beyond usual by helping us out by providing us with coffee and creamer which we didn't bring with us. Also, the reasturant food for dinner was excellent and lived up to our expetations. While the cabin was 'rustic' it was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Very nicely done cabin. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that would have made the stay more pleasurable wohld have been if the air conditioning had been turned on in the early afternoon. We arrived around 8 pm and it took several hours to cool the 3 bedroom cabin to sleeping temperature.

Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.

Very cute and very basic. Exactly what you need to sleep, eat, shower and relax. The bed was quite comfy!! The staff was nice enough, but didn’t really explain much about the accommodation or area. Which I was ok with that, I was doing my own exploring. I spent two nights and loved the view and being on White River. Great location for fishing, hiking canoeing/kayaking….

Cabin was clean, beds comfortable and linens were clean. The cabin does not include coffee or water - bare bones. I would have like more flat surfaces in the bedrooms to place personal belongings. Adequate charging outlets. Phone service is sketchy but good wifi allowing internet calling. Not within walking distance of eating areas but there is a convenience (mostly fishing) store next door open during reg business hours with great coffee. I would stay again to appreciate view of river and access to good riding trails.

Clean cabin with all the necessities. Restaurant was good for dinner with nice choices of catfish, trout, steaks, and burgers. Cabin is located by the River, but you cannot walk down to the River from your cabin.

Overall, the conditions of our cabin was fair. We found trash under our bed, the refrigerator was dirty and had to be wiped out before we could put our food in, the coffee maker was dirty, and there were spiders on the bed. Also, a loose board on our deck caused both of us to trip a couple of times. The hostess at check in was very nice. The restaurant was enjoyable.

Great view. Need mirror in one of the rooms. Only mirror is in bathroom. Shower water pressure wasn't great. But overall, very satisfied. Living area was very roomy. Beds comfortable. Didn't cook but kitchen was nice. Ate dinner at Anglers Restaurant. It was good. Loved Blanchard Springs Caverns. Highly recommend for anyone to go.

The cabin itself was very nice and lots of room. We had a 3 bedroom cabin. Everything we would need was inside. The quietness was wonderful. Downside: WiFi was in and out ( mostly out), the store controlled the cabins and if you needed more towels you had to trade in your used ones to get more; which is fine but this place had some crazy hours. On a Monday they didn’t open until 11am and then closed at 5pm so when we got back from hiking trails, we went to trade in towels for a shower and they had already been closed for an hour (yes partly my fault I should have looked at the times). Even with the couple downsides I would stay again just for the quiet and peacefulness.
