My stay with my daughter was great. The room is spacious. Food is delicious especially Prego, the Italian restaurant. The only thing which needs improvement is the shower, the water speed is very slow.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach. The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down.

This is not a 5 Star Hotel. Service and quality if staff is far below 5 Star. Rooms are good, but a bit smelly. Breakfast a semi continental breakfast with very limited choices. More like a 4 Star. Location is very very remote. Nothing around. So rely on the restaurants in the resorts, which is soso This looks like Cantine food presentation. Its Grambas Pasta with Creamy sauce.
