We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach. The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down.

This is not a 5 Star Hotel. Service and quality if staff is far below 5 Star. Rooms are good, but a bit smelly. Breakfast a semi continental breakfast with very limited choices. More like a 4 Star. Location is very very remote. Nothing around. So rely on the restaurants in the resorts, which is soso This looks like Cantine food presentation. Its Grambas Pasta with Creamy sauce. Presentation is terrible. Overall dont expect a 5 Start Standard from this Westinn

We really loved our stay at Westin Siray. We booked half board, the quality of the food is excellent and all the staff very helpful. We had three different restaurants to choose from for dinner and the staff always gave a friendly welcome. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Phuket Old Town which we found very useful.

The inconvenience of having a golf cart takes you to your room or takes you to the lobby. It’s crazy to me. I mean for a five star hotel it was not clean properly, The best part was the breakfast this lotta options and dinner. You have a lot of options to. I mean, they put up a whole spread for breakfast. These individuals truly made our trip, and they all deserve a pay rise! Mod was our morning ray of sunshine at breakfast, greeting us with a smile every day. She’s brilliant, always super friendly, and made sure our mornings started on the right note. Pop made our dinners a delight. She was our server on several occasions, and her amazing customer service and friendly demeanor left us thoroughly impressed. It was a pleasure to have her take care of us during our meals. Kate was another lovely lady we had the pleasure of meeting. She was fun to chat with and always made the effort to engage in conversation. When I mentioned that I had injured myself, she went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful surprise—a card, flowers, and a fruit platter. Such a kind and considerate gesture! Sunny was our go-to buggy driver, and he was a great guy to chat with. He always got us where we needed to go with a smile and made the ride fun and enjoyable. Phoom was an absolute asset to the Westin. From the moment we met him, he was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. Great hotel, comfy beds. The only downside is that they only have 2 restaurants to pick from for meals, but a shuttle is available to go into the city for more food options.
