When we arrived, the rooms were not fully ready despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening. The rooms were in the basement. The power was off in the morning with no backup generator. The guest ratings were rather misleading. Not worth the price I paid. Would not stay again.

Konaklamamız maalesef beklentilerimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Otele giriş yaptığımızda bizi karşılayan kimse yoktu, personeli kendimiz aramak zorunda kaldık. Elimizde çok sayıda eşya olmasına ve odamızın 3. katta bulunmasına rağmen herhangi bir yardım teklif edilmedi. Odayı ilk gördüğümüzde iki balkonlu olması nedeniyle beğendik ancak temizlik konusunda ciddi eksikler vardı. Yerde saç kılları, tuvaletin altında kullanılmış diş ipi bulunuyordu. Odada çamaşır makinesi ve ocak bulunmasına rağmen deterjan, tabak, çatal, bardak gibi temel ekipmanlar yoktu. Havuz alanı çevredeki evlerin balkonlarına çok yakın olduğu için mahremiyet hissi vermiyor. En büyük sorunu ise sıcak su konusunda yaşadık. Duş sırasında su aniden soğudu. Resepsiyonu aradığımızda sorunun hemen çözüleceği söylendi ancak uzun süre beklememize rağmen çözülmedi. Köpüklü halde beklemek zorunda kaldım. Daha sonra başka bir odada duş almayı önerdik fakat orada da sıcak su yoktu. Defalarca aramamız gerekti.Odadan bir kaç saatlik ayrıldığımızda tamir ekibinin gelebileceğini söylemiştik ancak yapıldı mı yapılmadı mı hiç bir haber verilmedi akşam geldiğimizde ise 2nci gün temizliği yapılmamış oda öylece bırakılmıştı. Banyo su gideri tasarımı yanlıştı, kısa sürede taşıyordu. Çıkış günü ne zaman ayrılacağımız için birkaç kez arandık ancak yaşadığımız sorunlarla ilgili ne bir özür ne de bir geri dönüş aldık. Tesis güzel görünse de temizlik, iletişim ve misafir memnuniyeti açısından beklentilerimizin oldukça altında kaldı.
