Everything is overrated, overhyped and overpriced !!! They charged me twice on my stay and have not refunded yet. Unfriendly staffs! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful sunset! The only con is that many cars kept arriving late and driving by with headlights on, waking us up throughout the night.

Check in was a breeze as was settling into the camping experience. The bathhouse was an easy walk as was the food truck for morning coffee. The site provided a western exposure which led to a spectacular sunset! The tent was large and the bed was comfortable. If you enjoy camping but just can't pack the gear, you'll love this place.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what went wrong during booking, maybe I mixed up the twin tent type for twin bed tent (3 twin beds are what I wanted for a family of 3). The check-in host Ellie contacted the property owner Amber. They brought all the necessary items in a delivery truck to set up the 3rd twin bed for us. Location is conveniently great too, so close to the West Yellowstone town & the west entrance of the park.
