One of the best stays, all staff members we encountered were so nice, accommodating and helpful! The property is clean and spotless, the views from the room are spectacular, the breakfast had a wide selection and everything we tried was amazing! The spa is something different all together and I would highly recommend this hotel and the spa to anyone interested in a bit of some pampering and disconnect!

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt a different level of hospitality. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care from the team were outstanding. What impressed us the most was the strong service culture throughout the hotel. Every employee knew exactly their role, everything was organized, smooth, and handled with great professionalism. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The design, cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities are all at an exceptional level. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our stay. The attention to guests around the pool was beyond expectations, with SPF 30 and SPF 50 sunscreen, after sun lotion, and a small cooler with cold water next to every sunbed. The restaurants and food quality were excellent, and the breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, rich, fresh, diverse, and full of thoughtful details. This is not just a beautiful hotel, it is a place where you can truly feel the care, precision, and passion for hospitality. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would happily return again.
