We came with a tour group and stayed longer on our own, most booked through tour company to stay longer, I was frustrated at check in after booking with Hotel.com the same category room and sending them message that we wanted same room, they were going to make us move. Finally agreed to same room then the maid said we were checking out so had to go to reception again, others had their cards denied and couldn’t get into room after tour over. They need to work on their computer system. A lovely view of city, great pool area, nice sitting area outside room. Not convenient if you want to spend a lot of time in downtown Porto but we enjoyed the break.
