Lovely hotel, with incredibly warm and welcoming staff. We had our puppy with us who was well looked after and cared for by all. Restaurant was delicious and very attentive operations manager who ensured everything was of a very high standard and the dog was accommodated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Quiet rooms, great restaurant and bar. Staff very polite and helpful. Only issue, which was not the hotels fault, was the inconsiderate other customers that parked their cars in EV charging spaces, even though they weren't EVs or charging. I did speak with the hotel and they tried to contact the owners but they did not move them in the hour that I waited before I had to leave.

A modern, clean hotel in a convenient location. My main complaint being that my bathroom was very basic. We enjoyed the food & the evening meal options were good. I would gladly stay here again, as it’s a good location to drive south to multiple beaches, although the hotel gym is absolutely tiny & was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel was modern , new and immaculately clean , we booked dinner bed and breakfast and a 3 course evening meal was included which made it good value . Our only negative would be the hot breakfast items were not very hot , they were under hot lamps but obviously this was not effective enough to keep it very hot .

Room was lovely and just the right size for a short stay. Plenty of wardrobe space but no drawers (could do with adding one drawer under the wardrobe for smaller items). Restaurant was very spacious and light, breakfast was lovely, apart from the coffee in the machine (too strong for us). Car park doesn’t have enough spaces for the number of rooms but there was an overflow car park just opposite. Check in and check out was easy. No drink facilities in the room but our room was just around the corner from the drinks station on our floor. Plenty of choice and always fully stocked. Bar area was nice and comfy chairs, thru also have an outdoor terrace to have drinks on.

The kitchenette rooms are lovely and spacious with good facilities. Beds are huge and super comfy, TV was massive! Room was clean and quiet. Staff both at reception and at the breakfast were very friendly and made you feel at ease. Breakfast was especially good with lots of nice options, you don’t feel rushed to get in and out so you can really take your time in there. A lovely stay.

Perfectly good hotel, very easy access to the motorway and on a par with Hilton in the UK. No real wow factors, but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Best things about the room: comfortable bed and excellent, large TV. Worst things: shower water was a bit feeble (conserving use of water for the planet?) and furnishings a bit minimalist, though adequate. Other than that, there’s a rather odd policy of providing tea and coffee from a machine in the corridor. Fine in the daytime, but not so good if you like a cup of tea in bed before you get up. To be fair, we were offered a kettle at check-in, but I would much rather that tea and coffee were provided in the room as is standard practice virtually everywhere else. Breakfast was ok, but not outstanding - seemed to be a lack of plates and cutlery.

Absolute gem- just off the M5 and A35 tucked away so very quiet and peaceful. Great selection of drinks and plenty of comfy seating inside and out . Breakfast could do with being warmer if I was going have a niggle but when asked them they resolved very quickly. Immaculate hotel and grounds and all staff are pleasant. Only thing I don’t like and maybe more people will or have said this. No tea facilities in the rooms - it’s located centrally in the corridor. Which if you leave early and fancy a cuppa in bed then no one will see you sneaking down the corridor. But as the hotel awakes you end up bumping into a lot of people whilst in your PJs Still love the hotels sustainability
