This hotel was phenomenal. The service was incredible, and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We didn't speak Portuguese, and they made personalized menus for us each morning so we could see the food options. Contrary to some other comments, we found the prices clearly marked, and there was no unexpected charges. The staff helped us coordinate transportation, and made sure we had an exceptional time visiting the city. The venue was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We highly recommend.

Lugar maravilhoso, amamos cada detalhe. Eles são super preocupados com meio ambiente também, isso impactou positivamente. O lugar é lindo, tem trilha própria pro rio das almas, além da piscina que é aquecida e muito boa, também tem bar que serve comida, bebida e drinks na piscina que também tudo de qualidade. O café da manhã é um show a parte, delicioso. Super recomendo, dá pra pedir iFood se quiser e nem sair da pousada, que eu recomendo. Tbm pegamos a hidromassagem, pago a parte mas valeu a pena na minha opinião.

Lugar lindo! Apesar de bem perto do centro, não parecia que estava na cidade, o que pra mim foi um ponto muito positivo. Muita natureza em volta, trilha, rio. Consegui descansar como se estivesse no meio do mato, porém com estrutura e atendimento muito bons (quarto confortável, piscina aquecida) e perto do centro, o que me permitiu ir almoçar e jantar nos restaurantes da cidade.
