Beautiful accommodation that exceeded our expectations 😊 The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfectly prepared. We really appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, comfortable beds, and the amazing staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was excellent and everything was close by. We truly felt great here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay ❤️

Check in Was not sent a code and as our flight was delayed we had to call in the middle of the night to get it, luckily she picked up and helped us out. The room We payed for a double deluxe and it was a lot smaller than the pictures, had nothing deluxe around it unless it means the fridge and kettle, and worst of all, the room smelt because there must be a drainage problem in the bathroom. Had to keep the door closed to keep the room smelling okay and spray the hell out of the bathroom before usage. Also in the bathroom the soap dispenser was a drop of soap mixed with a hell of a lot of water. Location Excellent location, in the center and walking distance from everywhere.

If “deluxe” is defined by cramped, noisy, ill fitted and the smell of sewage then you won’t be disappointed as we were. The bathroom smell was unbearable. The odor of city sewage was coming through either the sink or the shower. The room was tiny and was very loud. The security was dependent on people not opening doors, so we didn’t feel safe at all. Nowhere in the ad did it mention that the apartments are shared by a hostel so that was a surprise to us! It also failed to mention that there was no elevator - and it was a long, curved staircase two floors up! Our large luggage was a big problem here, especially as we are seniors! We were happy that there was air conditioning in the unit that worked well. We were overall disappointed and would not recommend this property.

AVOID this place. First The door codes were sent to me 30min before the check in time, not at 8am. I was traveling internationally , so I didn’t know if I have the room or not, because no one was responding. The absolute Lack of communication. No one is on site to help you with raising issues. The sewage smell in the room was unbearable. The shower wasn’t draining , the plumber came after 10pm to fixit. I took a shower afterwords but at that time there wasn’t hot water. The mini fridge was dirty and moldy , there wasn’t a single cup/ mug or a glass in the room. There was an outlet with exposed wiring. I called and sent messages , but no one was responding. I didn’t have WiFi that night , but I had in the morning.It wasn’t good and peaceful stay. AVOID if you can.

At least it can be clean, but it isnt

I didnt receive the check in email. When I call them, instead of sending the mail they tried to help me with a long bad communicated phone talk. There is no one else to help you. Its a ghost hotel. And rooms are worse than pictures and smell so bad. It says private bathroom but wc is on corridor. So tecnically its true but misleading. My advise would be paying 25 euro train ticket and going to Prague instead of staying here

フロントがないとのことで、事前にチェックインするよう連絡が来ていたのですが、そのフォームがスロバキア語だったので、読み飛ばしており、当日、気づきました。英語にしてほしいと思いました。（案内は英語だったが、フォームがスロバキア語だった）フォーム入力しないと入室に必要なコードが届かないので、AIに手伝ってもらって入力しました。 部屋にはシャワールームがありましたが、トイレと椅子がないのが不便でした。場所は良かったです。
