We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel smelled amazing — you could even smell it the moment we stepped out of the taxi! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, being extremely close to the Haram. It was only around a 5-minute walk to the women’s entrance, which was especially convenient in the intense July heat. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel has recently opened, everything inside is brand new and very modern. One of the closest hotels to Masjid Al Nabawi. I have stayed at other five star hotels nearby, and would recommend this hotel over those. Everything is super clean, staff are friendly and genuinely want you to have a beautiful trip. Everything was great, from initial greeting to multiple people at reception, number of elevators room cleanliness and size. If you don’t need a haram view this would absolutely be my go to place in madinah! Staff was friendly and attentive - didn’t feel rushed at check out either. Really a very nice, peaceful stay. I hope this reaches the hotel because they really nailed it on the property and training their staff! THANK YOU!

Very good location, neat and clean property with very helpful and professional staff. However, I booked a 3 bedroom suite and was confirmed but on check-in I was told it is not avaliable and was accommodated in two standard rooms, though I paid a hefty amount for a 3 bedroom suite. Please deduct the rent for 2 standard rooms and refund the excess charged to me
