An apartment away from the beach, reception did not have our booking, we changed from the 1st semi finished apartment, AC's not working. The second apartment was fine and with a pool. The staff did what they could, I've no complaints about them. The resort is immature and needs a lot of polishing

I have just spent a cool weekend at this resort. The location, by the seaside is very attractive, and the noisy (in a nice way) rested my mind, refreshing me for the coming week. Very polite staff, checking if everything is fine, ready to assist in anyway. I will come back 💯

I like the accessibility to the beachfront. The staff is very accommodating. I booked the least expensive room, and the only furniture in the room was a bed. I asked for a garbage bin and chair, which I promptly received.

The place is very nice and beautiful. The only disappointed thing was the TV channels. It was all local channels. I was told it was the settings, i should have let them know . I think everything should be reset before the guest comes in. Also couple of times that the maintenance men were trying to come in, unaware that the room was occupied. Apart from that, i love the place. It highly recommended. Don't worry about the road. When you get there, you will forget about the bad road

They wanted me to pay for the upgrade. Some rep from expedia sent me an email that the upgrade is a discount. In the end the hotel honored my upgrade without me paying extra. That experience was stressful. Iy did not set a giid tone for the start of my stay with them.
