My flight was delayed 4 times so by the time I arrived it was 1900 the doors and staff had gone home for the day. Luckily there was a number to call on the door and the property management came over in the matter of minutes and were very helpful. They showed me around the room, how to use all the keys needed to open the gate, doors and turn the lights on. There was also plenty of room for parking, which I highly suggest renting a car prior to showing up in town. I arrived on train and in 2 days went back to the airport to rent a car. The room itself was super clean, it took me a second to figure out how to open the windows, but wasn't that big of a deal. The only thing I didnt use was the kitchen area, but I'm sure like everthing else it would have been easy to figure out. Checkout is easy, clean up what you can and leave the keys on the reception desk. Just be sure all your things are out of the room and the main reception area before stepping outside because the main door locks and if there isn't anyone there you will have to call for help. All in all I've traveled quite a bit and this is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. I will definitely be back next year.
