The hotel in connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow BUT it is a long covered walk (after a train ride and elevator ride from other terminals). The staff was great! I had an early flight and they told me the train doesn't start that early so they WALKED me to the bus stop and let me know it was safe to wait there. The hotel is about an hour from the tourist attractions and the trains run frequently but try and avoid rush hour. The room was very good-clean and large enough for at least 2. I would stay there again.
