Good location to a lot of popular sights. Lots of dining options close by. It is loud on the street until 2AM The room was in need of some maintenance. Bathroom door was broken and stuck easily, card control lock was iffy, no hot water almost half of our stay, the shower is not well contained and it is SLiPPERY.

Amazing Acropolis view from our room Terrace (#602). This boutique Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to landmarks, museums, restaurants and shops. The room has two beds, updated bathroom, tea/coffe kettle, mini-fridge, safe, and a smart tv with free Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube, etc. The Air Conditioner works great but remember to close bathroom door, and all the windows curtains to keep the room cold (the weather in Athens is very warm).

The hotel was very clean and well-organized—much better than I expected. It was located very close to the Acropolis and other major attractions. The area is very tourist-friendly, with a wide variety of excellent restaurants nearby. There are also many shopping centers with a great range of choices and prices within walking distance. I should also mention that we had a great experience overall. We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, and although the official check-in time was 3 PM, they kindly gave us a room within just 20 minutes.The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful; special thanks to Katerina and Dimitris for their kindness and warm hospitality.

The apartment hotel is located in a prime location. I stayed in room 403, which was spacious, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa. The shower was great, the liquid soap had a pleasant aroma, and the towels as well. Additionally, it had a large balcony plus a window offering a view of the church and the Acropolis.

I paid for a Acropolis view but ended up looking and a rusty building. The room was small with no space for luggage and the beds were lumpy. Definitely not a suite for 4. The shower handle was broken. I askes hotel nanafwmebt to switcg rooms but none were available and they refysed to refund the unused night as we checked out early. IwSmore disappointed with how expedia handled my problem. Trip of a kifetime wouldce been the nightmare of a lifetime. I booked directly with another hotel. Expedia had me on hold and when the call dropped didnt bother as much as to send an email text or abyother contact.

We enjoyed a night in the ABOV during our visit to the Acropolis. Beds were very comfortable and the vicinity to Acropolis was very good. There is also an excellent souvlaki-place just outside the entrance. The negatives we found was that the handle to the bathroom kept falling off and the AC was only barely cooling the temp down. Also not being able to flush toilet paper is a negative, but we cannot blame the hotel for bad pipes in Athens. All in all, we feel we got good value for our money and we happily consider visiting again. Staff was VERY friendly.
