The hotel is part of a small hotel chain. They have got their model right: clean and well equipped hotels on the edge of town at a very good price. Having 6 EV charging stations was great. We could charge overnight and be on our way fully charged. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

This new hotel is a great choice for travelers on a road trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again. While there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, the area is pretty quiet, so you'll need a car to get to the city center.

Bonjour je tiens à laisser cet avis car j'ai fait un séjour à l'Hôtel Akena de Châlons-en-Champagne et à ma grande surprise en pleine nuit j'ai senti une odeur immonde venant des toilettes ou lavabo ou la douche des odeurs d'égout très sale à en faire vomir j'ai fait un séjour de 3 nuits et je n'ai pas pu dormir je l'ai signalé à l'accueil ils m'ont répondu tout naturellement ah mais c'est rien monsieur ne vous inquiétez pas il faut juste faire couler un peu d'eau pour que ça disparaisse, J'estime quand même pour un hôtel de 3 étoiles soi-disant en plus de conception assez récente je ne pense sincèrement plus passer une seule nuit là-bas et j'en ferai pas tout autour de moi et toutes mes connaissances ,franchement honteux.

Bonjour je laisse ce commentaire car je tiens informé les futurs clients de l'hôtel Akena de Châlons-en-Champagne j'ai réservé une chambre au numéro 210 2e étage le premier jour j'ai ressenti une odeur horrible dans la salle de bain je me suis dit que ça allait disparaitre mais non le deuxième jour c'était encore plus fort et le troisième une catastrophe je ne pouvais pratiquement plus aller dans la salle de bain tellement l'odeur était insupportable a vomir,de plus je n'ai pas pu dormi correctement de tout mon séjours en supplément fenêtre grande ouverte jour et nuit je suis déçu de ce passage à cet hôtel en ce qui concerne le personnel d'accueil à votre arrivée! ils sont souriant accueillant et compétent. Dommage....

L'hotel AKENA est un lieu rare où vous arrivez à lâcher prise, dans une simplicité juste. L'ambiance y est propice, le lieu est apaisant, facile, fluide. le personnel est à la fois discret et accueillant. C'est un lieu pas si commun où "ça fonctionne", bien! les chambres sont apaisantes , bien décorées et très fonctionnelles. sans excès.
