Great location, the staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a street full of nice restaurants just one street down. The only thing to look out for is if you are sensitive to noise but want to sleep with the window open is to book a room with the courtyard view. The street is very loud at night.

Highly recommended. For the rates and location, I would stay here again. Room was clean and has a modern touch to it. Bed was comfortable. And the best part, after a long day walking around the city in the heat, you’d come home to a cold and relaxing room. Bathroom is a little small, but it is nice and clean. Location is perfect for anyone who’d like to frequent Vatican City and St Peter’s square. The property has a couple of doors before you get to your room which makes it even safer. Again, we would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Convenient to different stores (including grocery store 3 minutes down the street). Katherine, the main staff person we interacted with, was especially helpful. We were able to storing our luggage for a few hours after check out and Katherine arranged taxi pick-up to the airport.

Room was very simple, but clean. Felt quite secure with the various locked doors to come in. Did not have consistent hot water in the shower, but we've found this at other Rome locations too. Bathroom is extremely small including and not limited to the shower space and toilet seat space. I am petite and still had difficulties in the bathroom. In addition, the bed is hard as a rock. The only good thing about the property is the location.
