8/10 Very good

The server on the front desk was brilliant, I had a last minute late night booking and nothing was too much trouble. The room had a blocked toilet and a lot of peeling paint!

Clean hotel and good location with good price

8/10 Very good

Not as bad as previous reviews had. It’s a budget hotel. The room was tiny. The corridors and doors were tiny. You get nothing if you don’t ask for it, ie clean towels and tea and sugar. But otherwise it’s cheap and close to town.

Was fine..
Was alright for the stay if you dont plan on staying in all day & youve got plans/stuff you wanna do for the duration, but other then that, it was tiny for a 'deluxe' double room that was advertised. The photos overdo how spacious it is in comparison to arrival. Bathroom barely has any space at all, and you didnt have space between the toilet sink or shower, literally within what feels like 3cm of each other. There was a crack in the sink, & was mould in the shower due to the lack of use of the fan that regulates, plus standard deep cleanliness. Mattress isnt also ideal if youve got back problems, but if youre fine with spring mattresses then you should be fine. Tv remote vanashed on the final night somehow, and the mess found trying to find it shows they dont clean under the beds. Strongly suggest to not put door cards on the back of your phone cases as it messes with the key card, figured that out the hard way. Hotel reception were friendly & excellent for problems, & rooms are from the 1st floor upwards. Thanks for accommodating us regardless

Only thing i would say is that if thwy put more time and effort into cleaning the rooms amd bathroom it would be an ok hotel

2/10 Poor

Don’t book it unless you have to, you can’t use the toilet without hitting the sink or you have to let the door open , also the shower is tight you can’t even clean your body properly. The bed wasn’t clean as well as the pillow have stains and hair. The location was good , it’s close to paddington station

Very bad!
It was terrible to stay there ,it was underground with strong smell like stale banana and you can't fresh the air of the room..

OK cheap hotel with a few issues
It took me a while to find as there is no obvious sign at the front, just an A4 notice. In the window with the hotel name. The room was clean and the reception is manned 24 hours making it easy to check in when convenient and getting back to the property late at night is not an issue. However, the room itself was very small despite being sold as a "deluxe" double room, and the bathroom in particular was very cramped. The TV bracket was hanging off the wall with the TV at an awkward angle, the shower head bracket was also loose so hand to be used as hand-held only as it would not stay in position, and the shower did not drain meaning the base filled up with water very quickly so I was limited to very short showers. I asked for this to be looked at after the first day but nothing was done. The room was also uncomfortably hot, with a radiator tucked away behind the headboard of the bed which was screwed to the wall, meaning it could not be reached easily, and the window did not open due to scaffolding outside. There were screws sticking out of the headboard, wall and bathroom tiles and random pieces of tape covering the ends of these. The bed was also very uncomfortable and creaked a lot. Overall, not the best experience but served a purpose for the price and in an excellent location, easily accessible by tube, train or bus.

The deluxe double room was no bigger than a large wardrobe! If I had swung a cat I would have smashed its head in !! The shower was tiny , I’m a large framed man and just squeezed into it , once in I couldn’t move , the shower head was fixed and aimed at the ceiling, I had to remove it from it’s cradle to get myself wet , the tv was no bigger than a mobile phone , it definitely needs to be decorated , the paint was aged and grubby , I feel the description on your website is very misleading , on the plus side , it was warm and clean

Excellent hotel and price. Exceptional staff who were very accommodating
Janet B, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

I was given a ground floor room with no windows. The room looked like an old store room, painted in a dark colour and desperately needed repainting throughout. The furniture was sparse and dated. The bathroom sink was so small you couldnt get the kettle under the tap to fill it. It was so cold however there was a wall heater. Although advertised with hairdryer, there was not one in the room however one was obtained from another room. the lift did not work for those staying on upper floors, they had to carry bags up a staircase. Very disappointed.

Not one stars worth
Very basic, location good. Not very clean, mould in the shower. Too small shower /toilet.
Lena, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Dirty t-shirt drying over wall light, red bull can and water bottles tops under bed, toilet leaking and smelly. Carpet looked like has never been vacuumed. Used toilet paper over wardrobe, pillow cases inside out, back of tv very dusty. Could just go on and on here ....

Avoid this place
Room stank of smoke, walls were very badly stained, blind had stains and no string to raise it, I could feel the bed springs, no remote control for TV.

Checked in around midnight staff was friendly. There was mold all over the room. Shower filled with water to ankles within minutes. Only provided hand towels. Would have moved hotels if had a chance.
