I never check in the taxi driver did not want to go down the road to hotel. He said it was dangerous and advised me not to stay the I had to stay at a different hotel. Try to contact someone at Expedia several times. And was not able to. The worst customer service ever this is the 2nd time I booked on this site and the same problem. Did not get my problem resolved and lost my money. You guys just robbed me Worst experience.
