Beautiful 3br unit. Was very confused about what the address and unit number were. They did text me which was great. Room darkening curtains would be nice. Lights shined through the blinds and didn’t make the room very dark. Also, construction going on starting at 7 am driving pylons into the ground for a new building very close by. Loved the amenities. Pools were great. Will stay again.

Me and my family could NOT believe how most of our stay our condo was 78-80 degrees. (I have pictures of the thermostat). When we realized there was an issue, we saw maintenance walking around. He came in and tried to fix it and he said he had to call someone because somethings wrong and he couldn’t do it he said that someone will come later on that day. Well, the next day at night we couldn’t take it anymore, and I called and said this needs to be fixed immediately our condo was roasting and I went out and BOUGHT a fan because the next joke is the ceiling fans in all the rooms BUT 1 didn’t work. Well fast-forward to when the electrician came in, he could not believe that we were staying in that condo that humid inside he was even sweating. After an hour, he got it fixed & of course our last day there. It was a complete joke…. Very, very bad communication. It’s almost like they didn’t care.. I have never stayed somewhere where I paid that much and had to deal with something like that.

Check in process sucked as some how they had the wrong email. But after calling got it resolved pretty quick. Apartment was amazing family loved it (other than the noisy upstairs tenants that sounded like a stampede of buffalo when trying to sleep). If we go back to OBX would rent here again but top floor next time.
