O hotel cumpre seu propósito. Fica afastado, ser exclusivo para adultos deixa o ambiente super tranquilo e silencioso. A limpeza é impecável. A comida é boa e servida em quantidades satisfatórias. A equipe é 100% educada, de tom super amistoso, simpática e gentil. Sugestões de melhorias: - Apesar de a equipe ser super solícita e educada, claramente o hotel precisa contar com mais pessoas trabalhando para atender os hóspedes. Tanto no restaurante, quanto na piscina, os pedidos demoravam muito mais do que um tempo razoável. No restaurante, nossos pratos demoraram quase uma hora e meia para chegar em uma das refeições. Já na piscina, um simples drink demorava até 40 minutos para chegar. Isso impacta a experiência de maneira significativamente negativa. - Qualquer pessoa com quem eu falar sobre o hotel, vou falar tudo que teve de bom, mas não poderei omitir essa questão da demora no atendimento que, a meu ver, decorre da insuficiência de pessoas trabalhando. - O restaurante é bem pequeno também e, mesmo o hotel não estando com um número alto de hóspedes, é comum você chegar e não ter mesa para sentar. Acho que o hotel poderia implementar alguma ação para administrar isso e atender a demanda.

Equipe muito atenciosa e educada. Como sempre, ambientes limpos e bem cuidados. Fornecimento de água e água c/ gás gratuitamente, porém no final há uma taxa de 10% sobre o valor total da estadia , não só do que é consumido no hotel. Na minha opinião, a taxa é justa pela entrega do hotel.
