This was a very reasonably priced accommodation. It doesn't seem like a place that typical tourists would usually visit. Especially since my trip coincided with Japan "Obon" holiday period and most accommodations in downtown Fukuoka were sold out. This place can be a great choice if you have a car. The warehouse-style accommodation felt very unique and refreshing, and because you can park your car very close to your room, it was really convenient for going inside/outside.
But, If you are visiting in the summer, Should be careful, There are many bugs (カメムシ) than expected, so if you keep the door open at night, there is a very high chance they will get into your room. Also, since water is essential in the summer—perhaps because guests want it—the vending machine inside this area was always sold out of water. Nevertheless, You can reach a convenience store in about a 3-minute walk, so it's not going to be a major inconvenience. The great price makes up for all these minor drawbacks.
