"This place is very close to Shinagawa Station and shopping. We bought alot souvenirs and staff is very friendly and supportive. There is a Yamato Transport for luggage delivery in the hotel and there is also a pool (we were not able to use it as our stay was only overnight) We ate at the buffet, which has different food options. Be prepared for small servings if you are used to Vegas Buffetbor American Buffet sizes. Did not care for the Crab. It also seems like melted butter is not really an option. But staff at the buffet is very friendly."
