The location offers an outstanding view of the city and the provided telescope was great for viewing the night sky. We booked the Arcturus Dome for our wedding anniversary, hoping for a peaceful and romantic glamping experience. The setting was beautiful, unique, and charming, and we genuinely loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. The restroom had a strong sewer odor that eventually spread into the sleeping area. The smell became so unpleasant that we decided to leave before our scheduled checkout time. We also noticed a leak on the wall that needs attention. Another disappointment was the surrounding noise. We could hear loud activity from a neighboring property, and music from a nearby wedding celebration continued until approximately 2 a.m. This made it difficult to enjoy the relaxing anniversary evening we had anticipated. A few helpful tips: Bring your own snacks, as the in-room treats are not complimentary. There is no restaurant on-site, but we enjoyed delicious food delivered directly to our dome. The access road is unpaved, poorly lit, and has several large potholes, so arriving during daylight is advisable. Overall, the property has wonderful potential for a romantic getaway. However, the sewer odor, maintenance concerns, and surrounding noise significantly affected our experience. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Excellent place for a special date. However, the A/C unit needs improvement. On sunny days, the inside of the dome gets very warm between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The location is still spectacular. The landscape is beautiful, featuring breathtaking sunrises and night views that look like they're straight out of a movie.

The Room was very clean, however the view from our dome was towards a bayou with lots of trash. That needs to be clean, it took away from the beauty of the area. Also the water smells like sulfur, that was concerning to us. We had three domes. Each dome has two king size beds. Staff was very helpful and attentive. There needs to be better signage to get to the Domes as there is really none and google's instructions aren't that great.

This mountain domes style hotel had absolutely stunning views and was super cute and relaxing. The room was well equipped with a BBQ, mini fridge, microwave, fireplace, robes, and even a telescope, which was a fun touch. The only downside was that there was no heater, and it got very cold at night.

The service at this place is above and beyond expectations. The staff and manager are quick to respond and make sure you have what you need. The views at night are magical. A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm. We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back problems.
