Rooms are nice enough (and they have fridges!). But room was above a bar downstairs (not part of hotel) and was crazy loud at night until 1:00 am or later. Moved to another room that was so quiet! Great location. The staff was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and so sweet.

The location and staff were wonderful! There was more space than the other hotel I was going to book and it also included a small kitchen which was convenient. It doesn’t have air conditioning so we had to open windows and use a fan. One night it was loud because nightlife was close. Overall I would stay there again because of the location and friendly staff.

The room is very worn down, super noisy from the street with crappy old windows. Curtains didn’t really block the light. Coffee machine didn’t work. More like a hostel than a hotel. Severely overpriced the weekend I stayed. Location good, staff friendly and helpful. To be fair every time I have stayed in Amsterdam the hotel has been crap and overpriced. Guess that is just how it is…..Fun city though 😄

We are the type of travelers that do not spend much time in our hotel room because we are out and typically return in the evening so as a result of this, but do require the hotel we stay to be in a safe area and feel safe when inside. We also need it to be clean and comfortable and this hotel met those expectation. The staff was courteous and very hands off. Barely looked up when you came in or walked out. The hotel is in a very busy area with a train station nearby. About a 20 minute walk from the Centraal station. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby.

Good size room, comfortable bed, bathroom OK, good wifi. One very sow elevator. Hotel does not feel like there is any management present. Too expensive for what it is. And do not get a room on the street side. Deliveries to the bigger hotel in front, the fancy De L'Europe start at 6am and are loud.

Hotel is in a good location but it can get loud at night with the 2 cafes and restaurant on the corner. There is no air conditioning but fns are provided and the windows cool things down well. The summer will probably be more challenging. The fridge and mini kitchen was convenient and the room itself had plenty of room. There was hair on the bathroom walls which was a little gros.
