We had a nice stay here, it was very clean and the location is perfect. However, I do not understand why the listing shows this as an entire apartment/villa, when that is not accurate. In the listing there is an outdoor terrace, a living room and a kitchen… we did not have any of these things. We essentially had 2 hotel rooms with en suites inside of an apartment building. The listing is not accurate at all. If we had planned to cook in the apartment, we would have been even more disappointed to turn up and find no kitchen? We also had a coffee machine that did not plug in and very little amenities. The rooms were nice and spacious, so if they were advertised as they were, we would not be complaining. But to arrive expecting a whole apartment with kitchen and a terrace and lovely view… and then to receive none of these things was very disheartening. So I think the listing should be changed to show the 2 seperate properties rather than combining them as one!! However, Meta is a beautiful place to stay and I do highly recommend the area, it felt very safe and people were friendly. Nice restaurants and gorgeous beaches.

10/10 Exceptional

This is a quiet charming family neighborhood. 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station. 15 minute walk from beautiful beaches , 3-8 minute walk from restaraunts , pizza,bakeries and grocery stores. The perfect location , if you would like to get away from the big city and enjoy a family friendly neighborhood with amazing views this is the place for you. I had a family of four. A wife and two boys ages 8 and 9. We stayed at this location 3 days after coming from Napoli this was quite the opposite. We walked through the dark quiet streets and hills every day and night searching for new discoveries of this neighborhood. Discovering the beautiful beach at night was one of the biggest highlights. The neighborhood feels really quiet , but once you go over a hill or through a dark tunnel of the narrow streets magic will appear right before your eyes. This is a 3 floor apartment with the owner of the property who lives adjacent to the building. We met him during the initial booking. He seem to have really infectious and beautful energy when he showed us around the place. There was an issue with the toilet preassure and him and his wife came up together to fix the issue asap. It was inspiring to see husband and wife work as a team to fix the issue as a family. We never saw the owner after that, so I can assure you will have privacy. Paolo was the initial person assisting with getting us settled at the property before meeting Angelo. I believe that was his name. Coming from Flor
