Clean and centrally located. We were given a room with NO WINDOW, this wasn’t stated when booking. The room was so hot, no air conditioning. A fan was provided. Four keys to battle getting in and out of the property. Only one set available, not ideal for two sharing.

The location is just perfect, in the middle of it all, right behind Chueca station. The host and her team are awesome!!! It is a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and you will be renting a room within the apartment with shared space. Not a men only place, but was great.

I was surprised by the charge for checking in after 8 pm. I got there are 8:30 pm. And the charge must be in cash only. I had to go to an ATM machine nearby to get cash, which cost more. Then the person who gave me the keys did not have change for the larger bill that comes from the machine. Had I known about the charge, I might have stayed elsewhere. It was also unclear how to communicate with the host. My wife called, and the person did not speak English. Then I was suspected of bringing my wife along while I registered for one. My wife only tried to help, from home, regarding how to get the keys after 8 pm. More information about the restricted hours of checking in (4 - 8 pm; with substantial cost afterward) should be posted on the website. Or it was there and I missed it?

El lugar esta muy bien, limpio, las habitaciones bien pero…. No tienen recepción y la persona que me entrego las llaves jamas me volvió a responder ningun mensaje, la ubicación del lugar excelente pero hace un calor infernal y no tiene clima así que es imposible descansar o resguardarte un rato después de andar todo el dia caminando y conociendo madrid.

La ubicación perfecta ,en pleno centro de Madrid Lo que parece inaceptable es que en pleno mes de Julio y en plena ola de calor el alojamiento no disponga de aire acomdicionado Con lo que cobran por noche deberían ofrecer mejor servicio Desde luegp no volvere s repetir por ese mismo precio hay hoteles en la zona con más calidad y mejor ptecio

Hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia de dos días en un ambiente limpio. Como hay dos baños, no fue necesario esperar a otros huéspedes, lo cual resultó muy cómodo. Además, aunque no estoy muy familiarizado ni con el español ni con el inglés, el personal me explicó todo con mucha amabilidad y fue de gran ayuda para mí. ¡Muchas gracias! Si tengo otra oportunidad, me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí. :) 清潔な環境で2日間の宿泊を楽しむことができました。トイレとシャワーが2つの部屋にあるため、他の利用者を待つ必要がなく、快適でした。また、私はスペイン語も英語も不慣れでしたがスタッフの方に親切に教えていただき大変助かりました。また機会がありましたらよろしくお願いします！:)
