We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are well appointed, and the staff was kind and helpful. A special shout out to the bartender, Stephanie and the chef Freddie in the restaurant. I had a wonderful stay !! The place was very well kept .. clean and the receptionist were very helpful and kind especially Monica .. she listened to our needs and made it possible. There were some noisy guest on my floor that kept me awake, which I reported, other that that I will make it my place to stay whenever I visit Philadelphia!!!

Very nice and clean - the shuttle to the casino is nice but it’s worth just walking there in case you don’t want to wait. Great value overall

The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus.

Very impressed with how this property was rejuvenated! The room was comfortable and clean/ fresh and quiet. Good quality linens in the bathroom & on the bed. Thank You, Parxview for NOT using feather pillows or down bedding - no need to beg for a few pillows I can sleep on without sneezing! Speaking of pillows, NOT the typical flat nothing pillow or fluffy marshmallow that sinks when you lay down. The free shuttle to/from the Casino was especially nice, since it was raining the evening we checked in & we had covered curb-to-curb service with friendly drivers. We did not use the restaurant or bar area but it looks lovely. We will definitely stay here again.

The Parx is located adjacent to the Parx Casino. The building looks like an office building but that is deceptive. It is a clean, modern hotel. The room was clean, spacious and outfitted with upscale furniture. There is a complimentary casino shuttle for those interested. Good restaurants nearby.

Hotel looks brand new and very different now that it’s a new hotel and has totally been renovated, the room was very nice, loved having the coffee machine with Expreso at the lobby. Had a peaceful night sleep with no noise. Would come back again.

The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back

Hotel was amazing and the staff were super helpful! Had a concern with a neighboring room's music and staff immediately addressed it. The hotel is located in a great area for access and the shuttle to the casino was a plus (even though that isn't what we came for!).

Room was very clean and I like the ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, We used the shuttle and all drivers were courteous, The pool was not open under construction but I’m sure will be an added benefit to property. The casino was very nice & clean. My husband did the breakfast. I wouldn’t have paid for it myself but it was decent food. I would certainly return if staying in the area again for price and location.
