An excellent value for money in Piraeus. Room was very clean, receiving good light and comfortable to recharge following a tiring day of travel. Another important point for me, the A/C, which was new and silent.. There is no reception and the check-in is self-service which went very smooth (tip: same code unlocks main entrance and the room door).

Our flight was delayed & we didn’t get there until after 2 am They were not happy for us to check in at this time as they said that we couldn’t check in after 2330 ….i had to point out that it says that we can check in at any time on the hotels.com website…they only allowed us after I pointed this out….

Everything was very efficient, the registration 2 days ahead of stay and key code worked well given a day ahead of stay. Apartment was brand new in the midlle of old buildings but was central to Piraeus and cruise port = we walked with luggage easily. Strongly recommend. Earl Famme

I was left out on the street after traveling all day and not being able to check my email. I couldn't get into the room and nobody was there to receive my phone call. This hotel does not have a reception desk. There was no human in sight and the lights were dim. I only received a message in the morning, at which point I was accused of forcing the door and shutting down the system. The owner was rude to say the least.

The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room. The manager was slow and dismissive to deal with this. Also, the water gets way too hot. The shower scolded my wife when she tried to start it, and it was pointed right out the shower door spraying all over her. This is an unsafe place to stay and the property manager does not adequetely address concerns. Find a safer, more hospitable stay in Piraeus.

Vi hade problem med incheckningen när vi landade vid midnatt pga att vi fått fel kod. Ingen reception, så vi fick ringa personal för hjälp vilket var smidigt när vi väl fick tag på dem. Det fanns inget varmvatten och vi var tvungna att duscha i iskalltvatten efter en lång resa. Annars var det prisvärt och nära till hamnen då vi endast stannade en natt för att fortsätta vår resa tidigt på morgonen därpå.

Innsjekking va enkel via en kode vi fikk tilsendt samme dag som innsjekkingen. Rommet var stort og fint med balkong på begge sider av bygningen. Det eneste minuset var skittent gulv med hår fra tidligere gjester. Men ville absolutt bodd her igjen!

Vi havde desværre en meget frustrerende oplevelse med dette overnatningssted. Der var mismatch mellem de datoer, vi havde booket via Hotels.com (som også stod korrekt i vores kvittering), og de datoer vi efterfølgende modtog fra stedet i mails og adgangskoder. Da vi ankom, virkede vores kode derfor ikke, og det var meget svært at få hjælp fra stedet. Kommunikation var langsom og uklar, og i stedet for blot at give os et ledigt værelse eller rette fejlen, blev vi opfordret til at booke og betale igen. Det skabte en virkelig stressende situation, selvom fejlen tydeligvis ikke lå hos os.
