É um bom hotel pelo valor. Nao ha acessibilidade. Nao tem elevador. Nao há ajuda com as malas (era uma mulher, uma idosa e uma crianca). A equipe é boa, principalmente o pessoal do café da manhã e limpeza. São atenciosos. O café da manhã tem qualidade.

A pousada fica perto da rodoviária podendo ir a pé e tem um bom atendimento. O café da manhã também é bom com variedade. Mesmo chegando de madrugada, o vigia faz a recepção, isso foi muito bom. Mas, infelizmente o quarto onde fiquei tinha varanda e parede de vidro o que prejudicou muito a noite de sono. Tinha uma pessoa em situação de rua dormindo na frente de uma igreja e ela estava com tosse e ficava tossindo alto a noite toda, e como não havia isolamento acustico o barulho entrava com tudo dentro do quarto. Foi dois dias isso. Barulho de motor de moto, horríve tb. Outra coisa que naõ entendi é o fato de não haver cama de solteiro para 03 pessoas. Sempre é 01 cama de casal e 01 de solteiro. Isso é em todas as pousadas praticamente, achei muito complicado isso. A internet não funcionava direito, a tv naõ tinha muita opção de canal, só pegava 01 canal. No mais, a cama estava boa, a limpeza era feita normal.

Posso destacar quatro coisas como boas: o atendimento dos funcionários, o tamanho do quarto, o café da manhã e o early check in gratuito. As demais foram de decepcionantes, como: paredes sujas, banheiro com abertura de apenas 4cm X 25 cm para saída do vapor. A janela do quarto, minúscula, dá vista para o quintal do vizinho. Internet, esqueça, não funciona adequadame. Tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada. Resumindo, não retornarei a este lugar.
